Flexi-Lox: The Anilox Cleaning Solution

The Flexi-Lox blanket, in combination with the Softwash solution,
cleans the Anilox rolls and counter-press cylinders quickly and efficiently.

WHAT IS:

Flexi-Lox is a patented technology consisting of a very fine micro-rough surface laminated on a reinforced shock-absorbing support.

The micro-rough surface safely cleans the anilox cells. SoftWash, an ecological solution, helps dissolving dried ink and improves the cleaning action.

The shock-absorbing support offers stability and uniformity of action, allowing the re-use of the Flexi-Lox blanket for many cleaning cycles.

HOW IT WORKS:

Flexi-Lox is mounted on the cliché cylinder, SoftWash is inserted in the ink flow and cleaning is carried out through a common printing process for about 20 minutes, with a slight pressure between the Flexi-Lox surface and the anilox.

The Flexi-Lox system in combination with SoftWash guarantees thorough cleaning of the anilox without removing any support, sometimes even during a real printing process, tangibly reducing time wasted between one print and another.
