Often and willingly in the competitions for the best flexographic printing we talk almost exclusively of quality and in the last 3 years the ProjectBlue, BlueEdge and Vortex systems, created by the collaboration between Reproflex3 and Z DUE, have won numerous Italian and international awards. When you are recognized worldwide for truly innovative solutions, the most difficult thing is to confirm the supremacy of these solutions year after year, either due to the evolution of the various “alternative” technologies or due to coincidences due to other factors.
In less than two weeks Reproflex3 won a gold award at the Prime Awards 2022 in Dubai, the Z DUE team returned from Brazil with 7 awards for the best flexographic printing on flexible film and corrugated cardboard, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Prêmio Qualidade – Prof Sergio Vay organized by the Brazilian flexography technical association ABFlexo, after which he won a very important gold award at the traditional Italian competition Best in Flexo relating to printing on corrugated cardboard.

Our best congratulations to all our printing partners who have obtained a fair recognition for their commitment to always seek new solutions and new challenges in order to improve the quality of their product … and a pinch of pride for the prepress that it’s always tried to support the quality growth – as this is what we mean when we win awards of this caliber – of flexo converters in order to achieve results that are increasingly in line with the standards offered by other kinds of printing considered more “performing”.
Today those who use the ProjectBlue, BlueEdge and Vortex systems know that the quality of the result is beyond question. The great challenge for us at Z DUE is to train all converters on the important immediately tangible economic benefits that these systems offer and that no conventional flexo cliché can offer today.
